  • Join the Free Walking Tour: Everyday at 09.00 AM in front of Holiday inn Aurola. Click here to get directions .
  • Visit Museums: Gold Museum, National Museum, Jade Museum or Contemporary Art Museum.

La Fortuna bus leaves from Terminal 7-10 every morning 08:40 AM. You can buy the ticket from mibus.cr or going to the terminal 40 minutes before.

If you miss that bus you need to take the bus to Ciudad Quesada and then change to La Fortuna. To Ciudad Quesada every hour there is a bus from Terminal 7-10.

Bus to Monteverde leaves from Terminal 7-10.

Normally the hours are 06:30 AM and 14:30 PM but they change the hours from time to time. So you better check the hours before or buy the ticket online from their website.

We recommend shuttle ( around 25$ and it takes 4 hours ). There is only one public bus everyday and it takes 9 hours to get there.

To get to Tamarindo you can buy tickets online www.tiguanacaste.com.

You can also check the hours on the website. It takes around 7 hours to get there.

The bus terminal is TIG in Barrio Mexico.

The bus leaves from Terminal 7-10 and bus company is called Transporte Cobano.
